There are many forms of foot shapes.
There are slender feet, strong feet, flat feet or feet with a high instep.

In addition, many people suffer from deformed feet, have injuries, hammer toes or a hallux valgus.

A slim foot with a high instep may be needed. a wide shoe, because another shoe offers more volume than a narrow shoe.

If a shoe has too much volume an insole will take some room out of the shoe.

Unfortunately, a large part of our society is wearing too small and too tight shoes.

Take a look at our size chart for SOLE RUNNER® barefoot shoes.

As your feet change during the day, try shoes best in the afternoon or evening.
