Please consider we do offer free returns only for returns from Germany and Austria.
If your delivery address was Germany or Austria please click on Online Return and follow the instructions from our logistic partner BPS.
You do not have to register on that BPS website. Just fill in your sender address and Order ID and drop off at a GLS depot.Pls. make sure that the personal at the GLS Shop scan the correct code.
In order to help us to identify your return, it is important to place your Order ID in the field "Referenz".
We would like to point out that the delivery receipt must be available for possible tracing.
Returns from outside an EU-MEMBERSTATE:
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE INVOICE YOU RECEIVED FROM US SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR THE CUSTOMS OUTSIDE THE MASTERBOX. NOTE "RETURN" ON THAT DOCUMENT AND MAKE SURE THAT THE CUSTOMS WILL SEE THAT DOCUMENT. CUSTOMS WILL NOT OPEN THE BOX.
YOU WILL FIND YOUR INVOICE IN YOUR SOLE RUNNER ACCOUNT
ANY CUSTOMS FEE WE MIGHT HAVE WE´LL BE FORWARD TO YOU.

PLEASE CHECK THAT THE SHOES ARE IN THE APPROPRIATE SHOE BOX AND THAT SIZES ARE NOT MIXED UP!
Unfortunately we receive returns where shoes and boxes or sizes have been mixed up.
Processing such returns cause a lot of extra work and money.
For returns like this, we charge a handling fee of 7 EUR.
The amount will be deducted from the refund.

If the shipment comes back with the note "undeliverable", we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).
Since we will get charged by the courier for the costs for a non-deliverable shipment we have to forward these costs to you. Therefore we refund the purchase without the extra return shipping cost.
Since these cost might differ from country to country we will deduct the exact costs from your refund after the courier gave us that information.
If you are still interested in purchasing the items, we ask you to set an order again through our website. Please check your address details and delete your browser cache if necessary.
Unfortunately it is not possible to resend the goods from our return dept.
